Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of vialenza.com and the advertising services provided by Vialenza ("we", "us"). By submitting the form or engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to these terms.

1. What we do

Vialenza provides Google Ads management and related landing-page services for local businesses. Scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

2. Your ad account and budget

  • Campaigns run in the Client's own Google Ads account. The Client owns the account and its data.
  • The advertising budget is paid by the Client directly to Google. Our management fee is separate and does not include ad spend.

3. No guarantee of results

We manage campaigns professionally and optimize based on data, but we do not guarantee a specific number of calls, leads, sales or revenue. Results depend on the Client's market, pricing, availability and response time, and on factors outside our control.

4. Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate business information, respond to inquiries generated, and comply with Google Ads policies and applicable law.

5. Term and cancellation

Services are month to month unless agreed otherwise. Either party may cancel with reasonable notice. On cancellation, access to the Client's account is handed back or revoked, and the account remains the Client's.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vialenza is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or outcomes dependent on third parties (including Google). Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant month.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, brand and design are the property of Vialenza. Work delivered to the Client is licensed for the Client's own business use.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable law of the provider's place of establishment, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
